The "BackYard Team" specializes in the video production of commercials and branded content. We love to give audiences positive feelings and attach them to your products, culture, or services. At the heart, we think of ourselves as storytellers.
Being on set is like being at home. We love making movies and have fun doing it. You wouldn’t be surprised to see us smiling while we work. In the past, many of us have worked on national television spots, big feature films, and viral web content. We approach every new project with enthusiasm and a unique direction.
Background
BYS Films is a full-service video production company, Originally in 2010 as BackYard Studios, LLC, now reformed in 2020 by Ian Trueb. It was formed to produce entertaining and high quality motion pictures to attract and captivate a wide audience. The company focuses on the production of positive, hope-inspiring stories that are relatable to a diverse range of cultures and are socially relevant to all.
In addition to the production of commercials, "BYS" produces corporate documentary, music videos, narrative film, and can also shoot lifestyle and product photography. We are is based in San Joaquin County, CA.
